No, our property is a 100% smoke-free hotel.
Can I purchase theme park tickets at the hotel?
Unfortunately, the Crowne Plaza Orlando Downtown does not offer theme park tickets for purchase. Tickets can be purchased at the theme park.
Is transportation available to the airport and area attractions?
The Crowne Plaza Orlando Downtown offers complimentary shuttle service to all restaurants, shops, attractions and events within a 3 mile radius of the hotel. Please see a Valet attendant for pickup and drop off times. Taxi service can be arranged upon request for transportation to and from the airport.

Yes, guests at the Crowne Plaza Orlando Downtown can send and receive packages. There is a $15.00 handling fee for packages under 15 lbs. For packages over this weight limit, the hotel charges a $25.00 fee. In order to send packages we ask our guests to create an account with the desired courier service, e.g. FedEx or UPS. Pick-up from the hotel can then be scheduled with the courier service.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the hotel except for service animals.

We offer a lite menu and feature items such as pizza, onion rings, french fries, and mozzarella sticks. The bar features a wide range of drinks and cocktails for your enjoyment.
Does the hotel offer non-smoking or ADA-compliant rooms?
All our rooms are non-smoking. Our hotel also offers ADA rooms, as well as accessible parking and accessible public area features.
Do you have rooms with refrigerators or microwaves?
Yes, all of our rooms include free in room microwave and refrigerators. In addition we offer free coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and radio alarm clock.
Does the hotel provide parking?
Yes, onsite parking is available to all guests. Self-parking is available at $17 and valet parking at $20 per night.
Does the hotel have laundry facilities and offer dry cleaning services?
Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer self-serve laundry facilities. However, dry cleaning services are available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. For same day service laundry needs to be picked-up by our Housekeeping staff or dropped-off at the Front Desk before 10am. Please contact our Front Desk for assistance. (Fee applies)
Does the hotel offer business services?
A business center in the lobby area is available 24 hours a day, featuring a complimentary computer workstation, copy machine, printer and scanner. Packages may also be sent to the hotel for a nominal fee. In addition, FedEx Kinkos and OfficeMax are located within 1 mile from the hotel.

Reservations may be cancelled up to 6pm the day of arrival without penalty. Cancellations made after 6pm the day of arrival are subject to a one night plus applicable tax fee.

Check in is available at 4:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. Early check-in and check-out is available upon request and is subject to availability.

Connecting rooms are available but subject to availability. Please contact the Front Desk for special requests.
What is the maximum capacity to a room?
Queen Standard rooms are limited to 4 guests, as well as the King Standard rooms since the spacious studio features a queen l shape sleeper sofa. Both, the King Executive rooms as well as the King Suites accommodate up to 2 guests. The Two Bedroom Presidential Suite offers two king size beds accommodating a total of 4 guests.
What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served from 6:30am until 10:30am from Monday through Sunday.
